Finland – Motorcycles – Maastomoottoripyörät 2026 (0072006)

Hansel Oy is tendering the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 independent framework agreements concerning various light vehicles. This ATVs 2026 (0072006) framework agreement concerns all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and related services as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• All-terrain vehicles (hereinafter motorcycles) and their spare parts, accessories and official accessories

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Services related to the delivery of motorcycles

• Documentation services

• Arrangement of commissioning training and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Provision of repair manuals

• Maintenance, repair and equipment services for motorcycles

• Provision of testing equipment (optional service)

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the procurement".

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with the framework agreement terms. See also the framework agreement clause 6 in the invitation to tender appendix A. The procurement contracts may be in force for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 1,800,000 - 2,400,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 2,400,000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally granted for the procurements of the customers connected to the framework agreement. The figures are based on the information provided by the connected customers on the use of the framework agreement.
