The UPlaNS Tavannes – Bözingenfeld is located between U-km 69.250 and U-km 82.660 of the N16. The present tender concerns the entire section, i.e. the uphill track TP2 between the La Heutte junction [19] and the Biel-Nord junction [23] (U-km 76.100 to 82.660, L = ~6.7 km, 3rd class track) and the Tavannes – La Heutte section, integrated in TP4 and TP5 (U-km 69.250 to 76.500). The services expected in the present contract are: - Surveying engineer of the contracting authority to meet all the contracting authority's requirements, both in the planning phases and in the preparation and supervision of the works.
