Switzerland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Planer Umwelt und Forst SIA 32-53 für TR 1580 u. TR 1670

This tender concerns environmental management and planning in the context of the rehabilitation and renovation of two high-voltage power lines (220 kV) of the transmission network of Swissgrid: the line TR 1580 Chamoson – Mühleberg (divided into sections 1580a and 1580b) and the line TR 1670 Riddes – Saint-Bernard. The primary objective of this environmental and forestry contract is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and strict adherence to environmental standards during the rehabilitation work on these infrastructures. The environmental studies, which are the subject of this contract, should make it possible to assess, define and monitor the implementation of the measures required by the planners in the fields of power line construction and civil engineering (renewal of cables, rehabilitation of foundations, establishment of access roads and laydown areas, felling of trees). The planner's contract is divided into three complementary areas of activity: • the preparation of the environmental impact statement (NIE) and the handling of applications for special permits (particularly for clearances) in the SIA 32 phase; • environmental construction supervision (UBB) during the tendering, preparation and execution phases of the works (SIA 41 to 53); • geological site supervision (BBB) during the tendering, preparation and execution phases of the works (SIA 41 to 53). The main contract includes the planning services for the SIA phases 32-33. The SIA phases 41-53 are also part of this contract, but will be awarded as an option. The entire project must be planned and implemented using the BIM methodology according to C100.
