Germany – Electrical wiring and fitting work – Ladeinfrastruktur Busbetriebshof Wolfenbüttel (3 Lose)

The contracting authority intends to establish a non-public charging infrastructure for six electric buses at the depot of Reisebüro Schmidt GmbH in Wolfenbüttel, including a customer-owned medium-voltage substation, earthworks and civil engineering works, as well as data technology. The procurement project will be divided into 3 lots: Civil engineering and earthworks (Lot 1), Medium-voltage substation (Lot 2), Charging infrastructure and electrical installation (Lot 3). A bid can be submitted for only one lot. It is also permissible to submit a bid for two or all three lots. Furthermore, the submission of a complete bid is permissible. However, for a complete bid to be permissible, bids must be submitted for all three individual lots. We would like to point out that close coordination between the works of the individual lots is essential for proper performance. There are special obligations in this regard, see Annex_Schnittstellen_und_Kooperation. The following completion deadlines are agreed as binding deadlines (contract deadlines) for the completion of the services from lots 1, 2 and 3: Lot 1: 15.9.2027, Lot 2: 30.9.2027, Lot 3: 15.10.2027.
