Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-specific, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB is carried out by the DAK-Gesundheit. For the medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the aforementioned substance Granisetron (exclusively in the form of PFT), ATC A04AA02, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract in accordance with the approval model for the aforementioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
