Description

LOT 1: The Directors, Talents and Mobility Department (DDTM) of the EDF Group expresses a need for tax support services for its expatriate directors. This service must cover the entire cycle of expatriation: Before departure: Preparatory advice, analysis of eligibility for specific regimes such as the impatriate regime. During expatriation: Preparation of annual income tax returns, assistance in the event of a tax audit, advice on international tax conventions, management of withholding tax. After return: Support for closing tax files and return declarations. The expected service includes personalised interviews, preparation of French tax returns on departure and return, tax simulations, drafting of administrative letters. The service is for approximately 40 directors per year, mostly from EDF SA, but may include expatriate directors from other entities of the Group. The aim is to secure their tax situation, minimise risks and ensure a smooth and serene transition for these strategic employees. The flexibility and reactivity of the service provider are essential to adapt to the specificities of each individual situation and to legislative developments.

LOT 2: The Directors, Talents and Mobility Department (DDTM) of the EDF Group is looking for a service provider to prepare individualised pension statements for its directors. This need is part of a process to support and secure the end of the career of its key employees, by providing them with clear visibility and personalised advice on their future retirement. Approximately 250 directors are eligible for this service (estimated 40 to 50 pension statements / year), from EDF SA and ENEDIS. It must include several essential components: Comprehensive analysis of entitlements: Listing and verification of rights acquired in all schemes (basic, supplementary, additional supplementary, employee savings, etc.), including the specificities of the IEG scheme. Financial projections: Detailed calculations of pension amounts at different retirement dates, with personalised scenarios. Individualised action plan: Advice on the best strategies to optimise rights, purchase of quarters, impact of end-of-career schemes (senior part-time work, etc.). Administrative support: Assistance with the preparation of liquidation files. Collective information: Organisation of thematic webinars to raise awareness among directors of the issues surrounding retirement. The service provider must also provide regular and detailed reporting to EDF, allowing for precise monitoring of the progress of the statements and feedback from directors.
