Safety technical care consisting of basic care according to Annex 3 and operation-specific care according to Annex 4 of the DGUV Regulation 2 in conjunction with the Act on Occupational Physicians, Safety Engineers and Other Specialists for Occupational Safety (ASiG) as well as the provision of a fire protection officer according to the specification. The City of Langenhagen (the contracting authority), a service provider in the public administration, requires safety technical care and a fire protection officer from 01.01.2027. After determining the care times according to DGUV Regulation 2, an annual time requirement of 868 hours is to be awarded. 527.915 hours are planned for basic care, 109.625 hours for operation-specific care and 230 hours for the activity as a fire protection officer. The care times are checked annually and any change in the commissioned time will be adjusted as needed. The scheduling of the care times will be agreed with the contracting authority; flexibility is desired. The service will be commissioned for 4 years.
