The subject of the contract is: Cleaning of office and social premises in the buildings of the Kraków Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways. The above-mentioned service includes in particular: - regular cleaning with own materials and cleaning agents as well as own equipment of all rooms in the buildings specified in detail in the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the Contract; - regular replenishment of cleaning supplies in toilets and kitchen annexes, - performing other tasks provided for in the OPZ. The subject of the contract includes in particular the performance of cleaning services in the following buildings: a) administrative building, the seat of the Branch Directorate GDDKiA in Kraków, 31-542 Kraków, ul. Mogilska 25, b) building of the Technology Department of the Road Laboratory of the GDDKiA Branch in Kraków, 32-020 Wieliczka, ul. Krakowska 37B, including maintenance of the plot around the building, c) Kraków District facilities, including: - Office-administrative building - ground floor (excluding the northern wing part) + first floor (excluding the southern wing part) - Kraków District and Modlnica District seat ul. Podchruście 1b, 32-085 Modlnica, - 2 office buildings and 1 social building in the area of the Winter Maintenance Point in Mogilany, 32-031 Mogilany, ul. Zakopiańska 79 Office-administrative building - ground floor (excluding the northern wing part) + first floor (excluding the southern wing part) - Kraków District and Modlnica District seat ul.
