The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to the performance of investor supervision over the implementation of construction works, covered by the guaranteed scope, within the task entitled "Renovation to Improve the Energy Efficiency of the Tax Office Building in Krośnie at 5 Składowej Street". 2. The detailed scope and manner of execution of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft contract terms (contract template).
