Horsens Municipality Properties is obliged to use the awarded contract for servicing, as well as repair and maintenance of extraction systems and comfort ventilation systems, and for checking fire safety automation for all the municipality's buildings (excluding buildings on the island of Endelave) in Properties' building portfolio. Replacement and new installation of systems are not covered by the contract.
