The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Buyer of a subscription to the Software, along with the provision or assurance by the Contractor of providing the Buyer with an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software on the terms resulting from the Licensing Terms:

- within the basic order, the Software indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ (SOPZ) point 1, sub-point 1) – in the number indicated there,

- within the option right, the Software indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ (SOPZ) point 1, sub-point 2) – in the number indicated there, along with the provision or assurance by the Contractor of a license enabling the use of the above Software on the terms resulting from the Licensing Terms for a period of 12 months (annual subscription) from the date of activation of the Software confirmed by the Quality Acceptance Protocol.
