The Winning Bidder will perform the tasks of the designer, as defined in Act LXIX of 2023 on the order of state construction investments, including the preparation of permit drawings and construction drawings, as well as design supervision during the physical implementation of the investment. In this context, the Winning Bidder's task and responsibility, as a general designer, is to involve all specialist designers as subcontractors in the development, to deliver the plans according to the quality and deadline prescribed by the Client, to cooperate in the construction procurement procedure (preparation of annexes to the procurement documentation, answering questions arising during supplementary information, checking bids, participation in evaluation), and to provide design supervision throughout the physical implementation period. - Participation in the handover and acceptance procedure of the worksite - Participation in two on-site cooperations per month, based on the Client's indication (the construction period is approximately 8 months plus the technical handover and acceptance procedure, time available according to the law) - Preparation of as-built drawings related to construction design deviations/deficiencies during construction - Checking for systematic accuracy, i.e., whether the construction works are progressing as recorded in the plans - Facilitating implementation, providing recommendations and warnings regarding factors that hinder or support implementation according to the documentation - Recording in the e-construction diary about on-site observations and whether the construction works comply with the current legal regulations - Participation in the evaluation of technical change notifications, participation in the technical handover and acceptance procedure and the issuance of the closing statement in the e-construction diary - Issuance of a designer's statement upon completion of the permit - With his expertise and experience, the Winning Bidder's task and responsibility is to ensure the necessary consultations with the Client, Chief Architect, Planning Board, and to cooperate in initiating and conducting the necessary official procedures for implementation. The Winning Bidder is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, standards, and guidelines during the design process, and for designing the accountable technical content of the "TOP_Plusz-3.4.1-23 - Sustainable Human Infrastructure" tender call within the available resources. The Winning Bidder has an obligation to inform the Client or the Client's representative regarding the subject of the contract.
