Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości znajdujących się na terenie Miasta Łodzi w sektorach: Bałuty i Śródmieście w okresie od 01.02.2027 r. do 31.01.2029 r

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service involving the collection of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Łódź, in the sectors of Bałuty and Śródmieście, from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029.

4.1. The service has been divided into 2 parts.

4.1.1. Part I - Collection of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Łódź, in the Bałuty sector, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029.

4.1.2. Part II - Collection of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Łódź, in the Śródmieście sector, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029.

4.2. The Contractor may submit a tender for any part or parts of the contract.

4.3. The Purchaser does not envisage the submission of alternative tenders.

4.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ and in the contract templates constituting Annex 7a and 7b to the SWZ.

The Purchaser foresees the award of contracts similar to the basic contract.
