Croatia – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Hrana, piće i srodni proizvodi

The subject of the procurement is food, beverages and other related products for a one-year period. The health suitability and quality of the foodstuffs must be in accordance with the current regulations on quality for the subject goods, or in accordance with the Food Act (NN 18/23), the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (NN 83/22), the Act on Consumer Information on Food (NN 56/13, 14/14, 56/16 and 32/19), the Act on General Use Items (NN 39/13, 47/14, 114/18 and 53/22) or the Act on Materials and Items that come into Direct Contact with Food (NN 25/13, 41/14 and 114/18), and the Act on Consumer Protection (NN 19/22), and the implementing regulations of national and EU legislation.
