Czechia – Public-service buses – Dodávka 20 ks elektrobusů kategorie Md pro PID

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with § 131 and subsequent provisions of the law. The subject of the public contract is the supply of 20 units (twenty units) of Midibus (Md) type buses intended for urban public transport, which the contracting authority, as a carrier, operates within the Prague Integrated Transport (PID) system. The contracting authority requires the buses to be supplied in the standard valid for vehicles used within the PID system, i.e. including, among other things, a specified uniform appearance and passenger information elements, passenger ticketing elements, and other mandatory technical equipment of the vehicle certified for operation in PID, all in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation and which will form an annex to the concluded framework agreement and the purchase agreement concluded on its basis. The subject of the public contract are also related supplies and services, for which the obligation to supply or provide arises from the proposal of the framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation, and from the proposal of the purchase agreement, which forms Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation.
