The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with three suppliers, to whom subsequent individual public contracts will be awarded in accordance with § 132(3)(c) of the Public Procurement Act (i.e. a combination of procedures with and without competition renewal) and in accordance with the rules set out in the tender documentation. The subject of the individual public contracts are deliveries of rails of profiles (types) 49E1, 60E2 and R65 made of steel grade R260 to the organisational units of the contracting authority within the territory of the Czech Republic to ensure the operational capability of the railway line, for the repair and maintenance of tracks according to the requirements of the contracting authority's organisational units, or, if necessary, for the contracting authority's investment activities. The rails will be delivered in the standard production lengths for continuous welded rail (minimum 74 m), including loading, taking over and transporting to the destination (excluding unloading of material at the destination). For jointed track in basic production lengths: • 20 m length for profile R65, including cut lengths; • 25 m length for profiles 49E1, 60E2 and R65, including cut lengths.
