1. The subject of the procurement is: “Winter maintenance of roads and streets in the area of Poraj Municipality for the 2026/2027 season”. 2. The procurement is divided into 2 winter road maintenance regions: 1. Region I - roads in the locality of Poraj. roads in the locality of Choroń, Dębowiec. roads in the locality of Kuźnica Stara, Gęzyn, Pustkowie Gęzyńskie. 2. Region II - roads in the locality of Żarki Letnisko, roads in the locality of Masłońskie including ul. Nadrzeczna, roads in the locality of Jastrząb 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders for any number of regions. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
