Delivery of net electrical energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of „СБАЛОЗ д-р М. А. Марков - Варна“ EOOD, as the final customer under the Energy Act, aims to select: a supplier of net electrical energy – voltage for the objects listed in Annex No. 1 and a coordinator of a standard balancing group. The total forecasted quantity for 12 (twelve) months is according to Annex No. 2 – Report on the consumed electrical energy for a period of 12 months, increased by 30% and costs for future consumption of electrical energy for an additional object (bunker for linear accelerator) and a new building under construction, which are not yet connected to the power grid and are located on the territory of „СБАЛОЗ д-р М. А. Марков - Варна“ EOOD, Base 2, Varna, Asparuho district, Vilite area. The forecasted quantity of the required electrical energy for the entire contract period is: 760.00 MWh. The forecasted quantity of electrical energy does not oblige the contracting authority to consume it or to limit itself to this quantity. The contractor must ensure the delivery of net electrical energy in the required quantities, in accordance with the actual needs of the contracting authority. When executing the order, energy monitoring must be carried out if necessary, using own or rented measuring and communication means, and the necessary graphs and reports must be presented to the contracting authority.
