Finland – Software-related services – Älykkään hoidon- ja palvelutarpeen arvio-ohjelmiston hankinta

The subject of the procurement is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivered intelligent care and service needs assessment solution for use in the Itä-Uudenmaan wellbeing services county. The procurement covers: • an intelligent care and service needs assessment software service, • a delivery project related to the implementation of the software service, • continuous support and advisory services for the entire contract period. The solution must be suitable for use as part of the wellbeing services county's digital service channels and as a professional tool for multi-channel service (e.g. web services, chat, telephone service). The solution will be integrated into the Flowmedicin chat platform used in the Itä-Uudenmaan wellbeing services county. The estimated value of the procurement, calculated according to the Procurement Act, excluding VAT, for four (4) years is estimated to be 250 000,00 euros (€), including the software service, the delivery project, support and advisory services and expert services. The contract period is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which it continues indefinitely.
