Within the framework of grid connection requests, the connection of three grid applicants to the 380kV grid of TransnetBW at the location PULVE has required the implementation of several measures. This includes the construction of a 380kV air-insulated switchgear of the TBW class "small installation". The switchgear consists of a 2-busbar system, a coupling, and seven switchgear panels. The two circuits 8045 blue Mühlhausen-Pulverdingen and 8021 red Großgartach C2 Pulverdingen are to be looped in via these switchgear panels. With regard to the rated data and the quantity structure for future requirements, the expansion of the existing 380-kV switchgear according to the current TransnetBW standard is not possible. Therefore, the measures can only be realized by the new construction of an air-insulated 380-kV switchgear with an operating building. This contract includes the following deliveries and services for the plants described below: - Complete planning taking into account all project requirements, including all requirements, - Design, calculation and construction, - Creation of all proofs and concepts, - Area securing - Creation and submission of approval documents - Manufacture, tests and inspections, - Delivery, packaging, insurance and transport free to place of use, - Unloading, interim storage, construction site transport, - Construction site setup, - Dismantling, storage or disposal, - Assembly and erection, - Cleaning and corrosion protection, - Assembly supervision, - Acceptance, - Commissioning (IBS), - Commissioning ready for operation (BBÜ), - Preparation and participation in functional tests (FUP) carried out by the AG, - Training and documentation. - Cable entry including approval Air-insulated switchgear 380 kV consisting, inter alia, of: - 2-busbar system - 4 line switchgear panels with loop-in of the circuits mentioned under 1.2 - 3 line switchgear panels for connecting customer plants - Coupling panel - Secondary technology for 7 panels - Additional space for 2 panels (renewal reserve) - Own consumption - Plant infrastructure - Operating building - Relay houses for the 380 kV-AIS switchgear panels and busbar system Clarification: The contractor is responsible for the turnkey handover and proper functioning of the substation.
