(135/2026) Open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, with award according to the lowest price criterion, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the selection of the contractor to whom to entrust the service of empty for full exchange, transport and disposal for recovery of mixed waste from construction and demolition activities, classified under code EER 17.09.04, different from those under codes 17.09.01, 17.09.02 and 17.09.03, including the supply of bins and big bags by concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, divided into 3 lots (Lot 1 CDR Genova, Genovesato, Golfo Paradiso, large and small cemeteries of Genova; Lot 2 Cemeteries of Genovesato; Lot 3 Cemeteries of Golfo Paradiso) for a duration of 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
