The contract covers the implementation of a central data backup solution for the Gütersloh district administration. The aim is to provide a future-proof, high-performance and secure backup system that integrates the existing infrastructure of the district and reliably enables the restoration of business-critical data. The scope of services includes in particular: • Delivery and integration of the required hardware and software components, • Installation, configuration and commissioning of the system, • Conducting tests for functionality and restorability, • Training of the IT operations personnel, and • Maintenance, care and support during the contract period.
