The subject of the contract is the supply of one new, unused passenger car, 5-seater, SUV type, meeting the technical and operational requirements for medium-class vehicles. The contracting authority requires the delivery of a factory-new car, produced in 2026. 2. The contracting authority informs that the estimated, planned annual mileage of the car is 25,000 km. 3. The description of the technical parameters for the ordered car is contained in Annex 1D to the tender. 4. The contracting authority requires that the car be produced no earlier than 2026 and be complete and ready for use. 5. The contractor is obliged to provide insurance services for the car for the first 12 months in the scope of insurance OC, AC, NNW, Assistance. 6. Warranty conditions for each car: The contracting authority requires that the car be covered by a minimum 24-month full manufacturer's warranty for mechanical, electrical and electronic components and paintwork (with no mileage limit), from the date of acceptance of the car by the contracting authority based on the acceptance protocol. 7. The conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the contract regarding the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract – template contract and constitute Annex 1C to the tender (hereinafter referred to as the template contract). 8.
