Description
The subject of the contract is the delivery, placement and installation of vocational subject workshop equipment in ZSP nr 2 in Jarocin as part of the project entitled: "Development of vocational training infrastructure in Jarocin County for the needs of the modern economy". 2. The delivery mentioned in point 1 includes the following vocational subject workshops in ZSP nr 2 in Jarocin: – automation and STEM workshop, – automotive construction workshop, – CNC workshop, – automotive diagnostic workshop, – electronics workshop, – electrical workshop, – hairdressing workshop, – cosmetology and hairdressing workshop, – automotive mechanics workshop, – machines and electrical equipment workshop, – automotive mechatronics workshop, – body repair workshop. 3. The contract has been divided into 5 parts: Part I – Technical equipment for workshops Part II – Computer equipment Part III – Electronic equipment Part IV – Diagnostic system Part V – Hairdressing and cosmetology workshop equipment 4. The detailed scope of the contract subject for Parts I – V has been defined in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ. 5. The subject of the contract described in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ must be: – factory new, – free from defects, – not showing signs of use, – fully technically functional, – delivered by the Contractor at their own cost, including packaging, transport, unloading and insurance, to the following address: ZSP nr 2 in Jarocin, ul. Franciszkańska 2, 63-200 Jarocin, – delivered by the Contractor along with the necessary documentation indicated in the Project agreement, which is Annex no. 6 to the SWZ, – placed and installed in ZSP nr 2 in Jarocin, ul. Franciszkańska 2, 63-200 Jarocin. 6. The subject of the contract in Parts I – V will be carried out as part of the investment task entitled: "Purchase of vocational subject workshop equipment in ZSP nr 2 in Jarocin as part of the project entitled: "Development of vocational training infrastructure in Jarocin County for the needs of the modern economy". 7. The subject of the contract in Parts I – V is co-financed from the funds of the European Union as part of the Project entitled "Development of vocational training infrastructure in Jarocin County for the needs of the modern economy" no. FEWP.05.01-IZ.00-0043/23-00, Priority 05 "European funds supporting social infrastructure for Wielkopolska (EFRR)" Actions 05.01 "Improving equal access to high-quality education, training and lifelong learning by supporting educational infrastructure" European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme and from the funds of Jarocin County. 8. The requirements specified in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ are minimum requirements. The contract allows for the offer of equipment with better parameters. 9. To the words used in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ defining trademarks, patents, origin, source or a special process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, the words "or equivalent" are added in each place. 10. Any indication in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ of trademarks, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor has only an exemplary (sample) character and it is allowed to submit offers containing equivalent solutions, equivalent products, which meet all the minimum technical, quality, functional and usability requirements listed in the contract documents. 11. Whenever in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ the subject of the contract is described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority adds the words "or equivalent" in each place and allows equivalent solutions to those described. 12. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority in Annexes no. 1 – 5 to the SWZ is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of subject-specific evidence, as mentioned in art. 104 – 107 of the PZP Act, e.g. appropriate technical and/or functional descriptions, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the contract subject description to an equivalent extent and that the supply or service meets the requirements regarding performance or functionality specified by the Contracting Authority. 13. If the Contractor does not submit subject-specific evidence with the offer or the submitted subject-specific evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with art. 107 sec. 2 of the PZP Act, will call for their submission or completion within the specified deadline. 14. The Contracting Authority has divided the subject of the contract into 5 parts with the possibility of submitting partial offers. 15. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in accordance with the mentioned parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. 16. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the reimbursement of participation costs in the procedure. 17. The Contracting Authority does not provide for settlement in foreign currencies in Parts I – V. 18. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the granting of advances on account of the performance of the contract in Parts I – V. 19. The Contracting Authority does not allow Contractors, Contractors jointly applying for the grant of a public contract and Subcontractors from third countries not being parties to international agreements to participate in the procedure for the grant of a public contract in Parts I – V. 20. The Contracting Authority allows the supply (products) from third countries not being parties to international agreements to be delivered in the procedure for the grant of a public contract in Parts I – V. 21. Products and equipment that are the subject of the contract in Parts I – V must have CE marking (unless specific regulations provide otherwise). 22. The description of the subject of the contract in Parts I – V does not take into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons due to the nature of the subject of the contract. 23. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the granting of contracts, as mentioned in art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the PZP Act, in Parts I - V. 24. All documents submitted with the offer in a foreign language should be submitted with a translation into Polish.
