France – Refuse collection services – Accord-cadre composite pour la collecte et le transport des déchets ménagers et assimilés sur la commune des Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

The present framework agreement includes the following services: - the collection of OMR, - the washing of OMR bins, - the collection of CARDBOARD and their emptying at the SMM Landfill, - the management, maintenance and upkeep of the transfer quay, - the management of the weighbridge, - the transport of OMR from the transfer quay, - the transport of OMR collected in the SMM municipality without any break in loading, - the management, maintenance and upkeep of the site outside the transfer quay. The present framework agreement is composite. It comprises: Part n°1: Lump-sum services - A lump-sum part by applying the lump-sum prices indicated in the Bill of Quantities and Prices (BQP) drawn up under the conditions defined in the Technical Specifications (TS). This lump-sum part includes, in particular, the services of "regular" OMR collection, regular washing of OMR bins and management, maintenance and upkeep of the site outside the transfer quay. Part n°2: Services performed by issuing purchase orders - A purchase order part by applying the unit prices indicated in the Schedule of Unit Prices (SUP) drawn up under the conditions defined in the Technical Specifications (TS). This purchase order part includes, in particular, the services of "additional" OMR collection (events), occasional washing of OMR bins, collection of cardboard, management, maintenance and upkeep of the transfer quay and transport of OMR. In accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, only the part performed by issuing purchase orders is subject to a maximum amount. Maximum amount of the part performed by issuing purchase orders: 2 000 000 euros excl. VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement (4 years). The present framework agreement is concluded as from 01/12/26 (or from its notification date if the latter is later) for a period of 4 years.
