The national road N28 is partially classified as a second-class national road and partially as a third-class national road. To comply with legislation, ASTRA must introduce a vignette requirement on the sections of the route classified as second-class national roads. To this end, the signage in the affected sections must be adapted (signs, foundations, etc.). Various optimization measures to increase traffic safety are also to be implemented. The subject of the contract is the general support for the client in the aforementioned project (general support as well as support in the preparation of the project basis, in procurement, in controlling and in project-based quality management, as well as the technical accompaniment of the project) and the supervision of the construction work.
