France – Construction work for buildings relating to railway transport – RER Ligne A Projet d’Adaptation au MI 09 – Phase 3 - Renouvellement de l'Atelier de Maintenance Patrimoniale de Sucy en Brie Lot T 59 : Zones 4 et « caisses » - Travaux de GO et SO

The present consultation, launched under a negotiated procedure, is part of the operation to adapt the AMP (Atelier de Maintenance Patrimoniale) in Sucy en Brie, located at 13, chemin vert, 94370 Sucy en Brie, on an occupied site. The present contract concerns the execution of the structural and second-phase works of the Zone 4 and "caisses" of the AMP. These works will be carried out at the maintenance and storage site in Sucy en Brie, located at 13, chemin vert, 94370 Sucy en Brie, and will include all the constraints due to the particular phasing imposed by the work of the RATP staff and/or by the traffic of delivery vehicles, the transfer vehicle, as well as those inherent to the operating conditions inside the buildings themselves. The works associated with the present contract include, in particular, the following works: - Demolition of slab and buried structures in reinforced concrete (approximately 1200 m3), - General excavation, for VRD, for buried structures in reinforced concrete, etc... (approximately 2200 m3) - Backfill for PF2 under the slab (approximately 1900 m3) - Slab (approximately 1000 m3) - Metal framework for supporting networks (approximately 26,000 kg) - Floor covering in polyurethane mortar (approximately 5,300 m2 on new slab and existing slab). The main quantities above are given as an indication. The attention of the candidate is drawn to the fact that the contract includes, in particular: - Works carried out in several phases and stages; - Works under site operation for the entire duration of the works; - Coactivity with other lots of the project; - An asbestos/lead removal campaign carried out prior to the works as part of the project; - A very restricted footprint.
