Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Utworzenie i prowadzenie Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych na terenie gminy Tychy oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych przyjmowanych w PSZOK od właścicieli nieruchomości

The subject of the contract is a service involving the creation and operation of Selective Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) in the city of Tychy and the management of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK from property owners from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2028, including: a) creation of PSZOK – from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2026, b) operation and management of PSZOK – 24 months from 1 January 2027. 2. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) operation and management of three Selective Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located in the city of Tychy: 2) acceptance of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Tychy transferred to PSZOK; 3) management of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK; 4) submission of reports on the implementation of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract should be implemented: 1) in accordance with the PSZOK Regulation, which is Annex 1 to OPZ; 2) regardless of weather conditions; 3) continuously – on days and hours specified in the PSZOK Regulation; 4) regardless of difficulties arising from access to the PSZOK area; 5) in accordance with legal provisions regarding the collection and management of waste.
