Poland – Electricity – Dostawa energii elektrycznej na rzecz Gminy Chrzanów, Urzędu Miejskiego w Chrzanowie oraz jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Chrzanów w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Chrzanów, the Municipal Office in Chrzanów, and the organisational units of the Municipality of Chrzanów in 2027. 2. The contract will cover the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Chrzanów, the Municipal Office in Chrzanów, and the aforementioned organisational units of the Municipality of Chrzanów in 2027. 3. The forecast electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 2,992,371 kWh, including: 1) tariff C11: all-day – 600,777 kWh, 2) tariff C12A: peak – 18,797.50 kWh, off-peak – 30,739.00 kWh, 3) tariff C12B: daytime – 571,876.00 kWh, night – 856,295.50 kWh, 4) tariff C21: all-day – 752,237 kWh, 5) tariff C22B: daytime – 9,412 kWh, night – 13,037 kWh, 6) tariff G11: all-day – 139,200 kWh, The electricity consumption points billed under tariff group G11 are not dedicated to households, including the billing of electricity for points related to the Men's Homeless Shelter and Training Flats, which should take place in 2027 as a sale to institutional customers. NOTICE: Pursuant to RESOLUTION NO. LXXV/1102/23 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Assembly of 20 November 2023 amending the resolution No. XXV/373/20 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Assembly of 28 September 2020 on the air protection programme for the Małopolskie Voivodeship, the Contracting Authority is obliged to ensure that from 1 January 2026 at least 75% of the electricity consumed in a year by public buildings owned by it comes from renewable sources, in particular by purchasing energy certified by a guarantee of origin of electricity from renewable sources. In this regard, the Contracting Authority requires that at least 75% of the electricity supplied to the PPE comes from renewable sources. The contractor to whom the contract is awarded will be obliged to supply a guarantee of origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in renewable energy installations, as referred to in Chapter 5 of the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 68, as amended), from which it will appear that at least 1,034,964.75 kWh of the contracted energy comes from renewable energy sources. The contractor will be obliged to submit the guarantee to the Contracting Authority for the period of contract performance, within 120 days after the end of the year. In the event of an increase in the amount of electricity supplied, the required level of renewable energy will relate to the volume of energy supplied under the concluded contract, taking into account the quantitative changes made. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 5. The sale of energy will take place on the basis of contracts concluded separately by the individual contracting authorities (separately by the local government units – 22 contracts), which will be separate payers, and which are described in detail in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 6. The sale of electricity will take place on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 and on the basis of the executive regulations to this law, the rules set out in the concessions, in accordance with the terms of the contract and in accordance with the contractor's offer and in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. 7. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the contractor is obliged to: 1) sell electricity while maintaining the applicable quality standards in accordance with § 4 of the Agreement; 2) provide the Contracting Authority with information on the metering and billing data of the electricity consumed by the Contracting Authority 3) in the individual PPEs in the form of a report containing in particular: the name, number and address of the payer, the name and address of the recipient, the PPE number, the tariff, the amount of energy in kWh, the net value, VAT, the billing cycle. 4) keep records of payments, which will ensure the accuracy of the settlements; 5) within 120 days from the date of completion of the contract, supply a guarantee of origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in renewable energy installations. 6) the specified volume of electricity is an estimated value based on the current consumption. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity, in relation to the quantity specified in point 3. Any change in the estimated consumption specified in point 3 will not result in additional costs for the Contracting Authority, other than the settlement for the actual amount of electricity consumed.
