In the context of a special construction programme of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, five new police stations are to be built at the locations of Bad Doberan, Sassnitz, Gadebusch, Friedland and Ueckermünde. This involves a model planning that already exists and is to be implemented with a building length of approx. 70 m, in a three-storey and a four-storey variant. The first-mentioned location is to be constructed in four-storey building design and the four subsequently mentioned in three-storey building design. The design is a modified variant of the already implemented new build of the police station in Sanitz. The building itself, as well as the open spaces, are designed according to the Police Standard Handbook and are designed as administrative buildings, which nevertheless convey a certain distinctiveness, but also presence. In addition, cost advantages with regard to the fees and time advantages are created.
