Sweden – Ice-breaking services – Isbrytartjänst

This procurement concerns primarily icebreaking services within the port and waterway area of Örnsköldsvik. The service includes icebreaking at Framnäs Port, Domsjö Port, Hörneborgs Port, Alfredshems Port, Oljehamnen in Järved, Hörneborgs Energy Port, and the waterway out to Malmöfjärden. This also includes Köpmanholmens Port. If needed, icebreaking at Stadskajen may also be included. The assignment includes both standby and execution of icebreaking. The estimated volume is approximately 200 hours per season, but the volume may vary between seasons and is not guaranteed.

The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition in accordance with the LUF. The contracting authority may, but is not obliged to, conduct negotiations with one or more tenderers. All communication shall take place via e-avrop. The contract is awarded to the tenderer who meets all the must requirements and offers the lowest price.
