The Griesheim project will be implemented in a partnership-based project execution according to the Partnership Model for Waterways (PmW). The PmW Manager to be contracted with this service supports the project team as part of the partnership-based project execution. The PmW Manager will be tendered and awarded in stages for the three project phases 0-2. The services based on project phase 0 will be awarded at a later date and end with the completion of the project. These services are necessary for the next steps in the project, the preparation of the tender documents and partner selection for the multi-party agreement for a partnership-based project execution. The PmW Manager prepares all partners and the project team for the PmW, with the help of training and workshops. The PmW Manager is responsible for the partnership-based project execution, the contract includes consulting and project management services. These services are supportive in the areas of organisation, management, information, coordination, documentation, quality, quantity, costs, financing, deadlines, capacity, logistics, contract design, insurance and workshops.
