The activities for the supply of broad-leaved and coniferous woody plants, materials for their reinforcement, shrubs, flowers, bulbs, grass mixtures and grass sod, necessary for the needs of Yambol Municipality and secondary contractor with the budget of Yambol Municipality – Municipal Enterprise "Communal Activities", include: - Transportation, delivery and handover of plant material FCA (Free Carrier) at the premises of the Contracting Authority on the territory of Yambol Municipality; - Before the deliveries are made, the Contracting Authority may request that samples be presented by the Contractor, which must be approved by the Contracting Authority or its representative; - Deliveries of plant material are made upon prior request from the Contracting Authority for types and quantities to be delivered; - The delivery must be completed within no more than 10 working days, counting from the date of the written declaration.
