Description of the Assignment

Enexis has drawn up this Selection Guide to select a maximum of 4 Tenderers for the second round (shortlisting phase) who are able to carry out the mentioned assignments for 1 – 2 and 3 as follows:

From January 2027, with approximately 7426 employees, a Preventive Medical Examination, Targeted Preventive Examination and Biological Monitoring, further as PMO – combi PMO/GPO/BM at Enexis and the companies affiliated with it. From January 2029, only a combi PMO/GPO/BM with +/- 2116 employees (thus no office employees) at Enexis and the companies affiliated with it, to be carried out with the same execution and planning as in 2027. All individual examinations* that, after completion of the Assignment in this tender, of employees who are newly employed by Enexis or who need to be examined in the meantime, to be carried out until completion of the next tender in 2031. * These individual examinations are carried out on the premises of the shortlisted Tenderer within a radius of 40 km from the relevant Enexis location where the employee is employed and/or works.

Enexis is looking for a reliable and expert partner who, in accordance with the current legislation and regulations, professionally advises and supports Enexis in the PMO and combi PMO/GPO/BM at reasonable costs. It is also important that the Tenderer achieves an improvement in quality and continuity with regard to the examinations of persons. Furthermore, it is of great importance that the Tenderer guarantees that no data leaks can occur and that the Tenderer can guarantee that we receive the examination data of the employees safely at Enexis in accordance with the Privacy Legislation. The examinations take place, as far as possible, in the office buildings of Enexis. Where this is not possible, we will together look for an alternative examination location. The employees of Enexis are not evenly distributed across the locations. To give the Tenderer an indication of the distribution, an overview has been made of the number of employees per site/establishment. The examinations in 2027 and 2029 must be carried out simultaneously, in a continuous manner and at a minimum of 2 locations spread across the country. The examinations at the location of Enexis take place from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 17.00. If, for any reason, employees cannot be present on the scheduled examination dates, these will, after consultation, be examined at another Enexis location. If this is not possible, the examination will be carried out at the location of the Tenderer for the set deadline and within a radius of 40 km from the relevant Enexis location. Enexis attaches great importance to the Tenderer having a fixed team present during the period that the Tenderer is examining at a location, for both the PMO and the combi PMO/GPO/BM. It is important that the composition guarantees that a good picture can be formed of the local establishment and that tailor-made advice is given.
