New construction of the operational building of the Steindorf wastewater treatment plant - engineering services

The wastewater association operates the association's wastewater treatment plant in Wetzlar-Steindorf with a capacity of 80,000 population equivalents (PE). The currently used operational building, which was constructed in the 1970s, is in urgent need of renovation and no longer meets the requirements for functionality, energy efficiency and working environment. Therefore, comprehensive new construction planning is necessary to create a modern operational building that meets the current and future requirements of the wastewater treatment plant. The sewerage works, which is housed in a separate building, is also located on the site of the wastewater treatment plant. The sewerage works should also be included in the investigation to examine a possible solution for the modernisation and optimisation of both buildings, the operational building of the wastewater treatment plant and the sewerage works, as part of the new construction planning.
