European tender by restricted procedure, with award criteria based on the most economically advantageous offer (Article 108, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 36/2023), for the supply of 3 aircraft to enhance the prevention of serious crimes, the fight against transnational organised crime and the countering of human trafficking, within the framework of the project to expand the air fleet of the Polizia di Stato.
