The subject of the contract is the procurement of 2 new identical telescopic manipulators (hereinafter “TSM”) and the procurement of 10 new identical electric high-lift trucks (hereinafter “VZV”) to ensure regular year-round operation in the storage capacities of the contracting authority. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 separate parts in accordance with § 35 of the law, namely: Part 1 of the contract: Procurement of 2 TSM; Part 2 of the contract: Procurement of 10 VZV.
