Bulgaria – Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads – „Основен ремонт общински път RAZ 1118 – /II-49, Разград-Киченица/ жп. гара Разград-Раковски-Киченица/II-49/, в рамките на проект „Около поречието на река Бели Лом“, по АДБФП № BG16FFPR003-2.006-0079-C01 по ПРР 2021-2027 г.“

The objective of the public procurement is to achieve the restoration and improvement of the transport-operational qualities and the bearing capacity of the pavement, in order to ensure conditions for safe traffic and good drainage of the municipal road RAZ 1118/II-49 Razgrad-Kichenitsa/ railway station Razgrad-Rakovski-Kichenitsa/II-49/. The project is designed with technical elements corresponding to the design speed of the road, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 for the design of roads from 2018. The beginning of the section starts at km 0+064.00, at 64.00 m after the intersection with the National Road II-49. The end of the section is at km 8+813.87, at 22.98 m before the intersection with the National Road II-49. The route has a total length of approximately 8+749.87 km and does not affect roads from the national road network. The construction is of the 3rd category in accordance with Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letter "a" in connection with Letter "zh" of the Road Traffic Act and in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of Ordinance No. 1 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for the nomenclature of construction types. In accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 in connection with Paragraph 6, Item 2, Sub-item 2.3.1. of the Rules for the procedure for registration and maintenance of the central professional register of the builder, the object falls into the second group of constructions – construction of transport infrastructure.
