Selection of two real estate agencies for the mission of marketing the housing units of the KIEM2050 project Luxembourg - Kirchberg

The contracting authority is the owner of housing units within the construction project (a set of mainly residential buildings with mixed-use areas, mainly on the ground floor) located along Boulevard Pierre Frieden, Kirchberg. This is Lot 4 of the KIEM (west) PAP, titled "Kiem 2050" and includes 4 buildings (named F7, F8, F9 and F10). The developers Immobel and Prefalux, selected through a call for candidates organised by the Fonds and of which they were the winners, are the project owners of these 4 buildings, which the Fonds markets for sale in a future state of completion. The mission concerns 129 apartments ("Kirchberg Fonds Housing") of the project. The construction project began in July 2025 and is expected to be completed in the 2nd half of 2028. Estimated start date of the contract: May 2026
