Description

The Bavarian State Youth Office (BLJA) is part of the central state authority Zentrum Bayern, Family and Social Affairs (ZBFS). It is commissioning the re-conception of the youth welfare reporting in Bavaria (JuBB) to a compact, web-based and modular reporting system for youth welfare reporting throughout Bavaria. The aim of this tender is the conceptual redevelopment of a reporting system that integrates JuBB data sheets via an interface and networks them with locally relevant demographic, social and performance data. The system must offer automated plausibility checks, interactive analysis and forecasting functions, infographics, role-based data protection and export functions. JuBB is intended to support the youth offices in public relations, specialist planning, and control. Corresponding training and support must be ensured. A framework agreement for the Bavarian youth offices is to be tendered, which has a term of 4 years, commencing on 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2030. Further details can be found in the participation conditions, in particular the "General Requirements - Specification of Services" and the "Procurement Concept JuBB".
