Structural design §51 HOAI LPH 1-6, LPH8 (special services) for the general refurbishment and extension to a full-day 5-track primary school with a double sports hall, canteen, THV apartment, house for children 2-4-0 and outdoor play areas at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich, 9th district, Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The listed school building was constructed from 1901-1903 predominantly in solid construction. In addition to the original building fabric, in particular war-related reconstruction measures, a massive water damage, numerous subsequent conversions and changes of use, contamination, and fire protection deficiencies must be taken into account. A pavilion with 3 storeys as a timber modular building will be erected as a separate measure on the school site (not part of the contract). This will serve as a relocation for the primary school during the general refurbishment and extension. According to the current status, the house for children will be relocated to another location during the construction phase. The organisation of the relocation is not part of the planning.
