BoVendia hereby offers a framework agreement for technical advisory and support (total advisory) in accordance with ABR 18. The framework agreement covers the following projects in all departments of the housing association in relation to new construction, renovation, ongoing minor renovation tasks, and ongoing ad-hoc advisory tasks/assignments in relation to the existing building stock. The tendering of the framework agreement is carried out as a restricted tender, where 7 applicants are pre-qualified. A framework agreement is entered into with the 4 total advisors who submit the best offers in terms of price and quality. For the specific agreements that the framework agreement materializes into, it is in all respects solely the specific department at BoVendia that is obligated and entitled under the agreement. The ordering party is not obligated to procure services under the framework agreement; the framework agreement is therefore not exclusive. Applicable to all tasks under the framework agreement is that it concerns public housing and is subject to the legislation applicable to such cases, including relevant circulars and guidelines. The projects can be both subsidized and unsubsidized, it is therefore important that the total advisors who enter into an agreement have in-depth knowledge of working with public housing.
