Mission to assist the technical and environmental project management for LNOBPL. The contractual organisation of the contract is structured as follows: A firm lot (TF) with a duration of 24 months from the date of notification, covering all the services provided for this purpose. Four optional lots (TO1 to TO4), activated successively by order, intended to supplement and adjust the studies carried out in the firm lot until the end of phase 2 of the preliminary LNOBPL studies. They allow the integration of the lessons learned from the consultation, territorial dialogue and exchanges with the co-financing partners, while ensuring the continuity of the skills mobilised and the adaptation of the methods to the progress of the studies. Three optional lots (TO5 to TO7) are planned for: • the implementation of an external check on the preliminary ERTMS studies on the following trades: track alignment, catenaries, electrical energy, telecommunications, civil engineering works, earthworks, hydraulic works, civil engineering, safety, security; • the analysis of interfaces between railway network modernisation programmes; • the analysis of interfaces between the LNOBPL Project and territorial infrastructures.
