The subject of the contract is: supply and distribution of gaseous fuels for the organisational units of PGL LP. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts: Part No. 1 - Supply of high-methane natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all ppg from the tariff groups W included in the procedure, with the exception of ppg connected to the distribution network of Elenger Dystrybucja. Part No. 2 - Supply of nitrogenated natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all ppg from the tariff groups Lw and Ls included in the procedure. Part No. 3 - Supply of high-methane natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all ppg connected to the distribution network of Elenger Dystrybucja included in the procedure. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract has been defined in: • this SWZ; • the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) being Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; • the Draft Contract Terms being Annex No. 2.1., No. 2.2., No. 2.3. to the SWZ; • the List of ppg – Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ; • the Calculator – Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ;
