The subject of the public contract is the processing of a conceptual solution (development of an architectural study), all levels of project documentation following the architectural study of a school building of a timber construction type with four classrooms, and that to such a level and quality that will enable proper preparation for construction in accordance with relevant legal regulations. The building will be located in the garden and adjacent lands of the existing two-classroom kindergarten in Soukenická Street. The author's supervision of the processing of the project documentation will be ensured by the preparer of the architectural study. The subject of the fulfilment of the public contract also includes the provision of a license for the processed project documentation and its material fixation, and that for the entire duration of the protection of the property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier. The subject of the fulfilment also includes the procurement (engineering) activity, cooperation with the contracting authority and author's supervision.
