The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents and consumable materials for microbiological and pathological diagnosis, along with the lease of equipment for periods of 36, 24, and 12 months, divided into 14 parts:

PART 1: Reagents for Helicobacter pylori diagnosis for 36 months

PART 2: Plates, reagents and consumable materials for determining antibiotic susceptibility (MIC values) compatible with the Thermo Sensititre ARIS HiQ automated system for 24 months

PART 3: Supply of kinetic tests for determining (1→3)-β-D-Glucan in clinical samples, consumable materials along with the lease of a workstation for 12 months

PART 4: Supply of reagents for performing mass spectrometry tests compatible with the MALDI-TOF MS Biotyper apparatus, owned by UCKWUM, for 36 months

PART 5: Supplementary reagents for microbiological diagnosis for 36 months

PART 6: Supply of tests for infectious disease diagnosis compatible with the Real Time PCR GeneXpert analyzer, owned by the entity, along with the lease of an additional analyzer for 12 months

PART 7: Enzyme immunoassay (EIA) test for detecting Cryptococcus neoformans polysaccharide antigens in serum and cerebrospinal fluid for 36 months

PART 8: Antibodies for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues for 24 months

PART 9: Antibodies for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues for 24 months

PART 10: Antibodies for formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues for 24 months

PART 11: Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for paraffin sections in ready-to-use dilutions and concentrated, sets for Immunohistochemistry/Cytochemistry/Chemistry diagnosis, control, calibration, consumable and operational materials along with the lease of a system/two analyzers for staining for 24 months

PART 12: Reagents compatible with the Autostainer 48 link analyzer, owned by UCKWUM, for 24 months

PART 13: Reagents for infectious serology performed by ELISA method and Western blot method along with the lease of an analyzer and scanner for 36 months

PART 14: Reagents for immunofluorescence assay for 12 months
