The subject of the public procurement is the supply of Clamping plates for test benches related to the implementation of the construction of a hydraulic laboratory – project “Hydrodynamic Machines for Smart Energy”, registration number: CZ.02.01.01/00/23_021/0008954. Detailed technical specification of the clamping plate for the test bench: - Basic dimensions of the clamping plate 2200x4600 - Height of the clamping plate 300 mm - Design of the plate with a ribbed structure - Size of the fastening grooves for M20 screws according to DIN 876 with precision H12 - Pitch of the fastening grooves 200 mm - Orientation of the grooves, in the direction of the short side of the plate - Processing of the upper surface of the plate according to DIN 876/III - The lower seating surface of the plate is processed - Sides processed to a minimum height of 100 mm - Material execution at least EN-GJL-250 - Attachment of the plate to the concrete base using base screws - Unprocessed surfaces will be painted with a primer - The plate will be adapted for the possibility of manipulation using a crane The clamping plate for the test bench can be assembled from several pieces, in which case the connecting material will also be part of the supply. Supplies must comply with all relevant standards CSN, EN and other generally binding legal regulations.
