Germany – Construction work for military buildings and installations – TGA Ausführung I Mehrparteienvertrag | Aufbau Kompetenzzentrum KETTE, HIL GmbH

The Federal Republic of Germany intends to restructure the "HIL Werke" (HIL GmbH) located in St. Wendel into the Competence Centre for Tracked Vehicles of the Army (so-called "Kompetenzzentrum KETTE"). Tracked vehicles of the Bundeswehr are to be maintained and overhauled at the Competence Centre KETTE in the future. For this purpose, new workshop and production halls and other buildings, including user-specific facilities - inter alia - main workshop for system and component overhaul as well as logistics and service areas (e.g. goods receipt, spare parts warehouse) - workshop for, inter alia, turret overhaul - multifunctional building for, inter alia, initial inspection, track overhaul and final inspection - filling station - system washing line - carpentry/ upholstery - engine test bench - hall for support areas - administrative building (for administrative tasks) - as well as the external facilities (including associated civil engineering works and technical infrastructure) required for the complete restructuring of the plant site. The project will be implemented using integrated project management (IPA) with the application of a multi-party contract (MPV).
