The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The Hauts de France Region has developed its decision-making system around the SAP BusinessObjects tools. The purpose of this consultation is to find a partner able to sell and provide support for the SAP BusinessObjects licenses to the Regional Council of Hauts de France as well as version upgrades. The contract covers the following services:

- Technical maintenance of acquired licenses:

o 10 named licenses, SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, professional edition (user)

o 4 packs of 10 concurrent licenses, SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, professional edition (CS)

o 2 packs of 10 concurrent licenses, SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, professional edition (CS)
