The contractor shall, as part of the order, plan, supply and commission a fully functional, easy-to-install and maintain water treatment plant according to the latest state of the art, that meets all requirements. The water treatment plant will be fully redundant. It consists of the deionisation treatment part and the condensate purification part. The deionisation treatment will be designed for 30 m³/h (2 x 15 m³/h) and the condensate purification for 2 x 120 m³/h. The scope of delivery essentially comprises the following main components:

• Raw water treatment

o Raw water tank

o Automatic filter

o Ultrafiltration system

o UF filtrate tank

• Full desalination system

o Cation exchange stage

o Degasser

o Anion exchange stage

o Optional deionisation intermediate tank

o Ultraviolet light treatment

o Mixed bed exchange stage

o Deionised water tank

o Backwash tank for cation and anion exchanger each

• Condensate purification

o Automatic backwash filter

o Mixed bed exchange stage

• Auxiliary systems

o Chemical storage tanks for hydrochloric acid and caustic soda

o Dosing tank for hydrochloric acid and caustic soda

o Dosing pumps/pipes to the neutralisation tank

o Optional compressed air generation station/preparation for ISO 8573-1 Class 1
